Simply Contacts Database is a powerful and handy application that allows you to manage large databases in an organized way. You can easily add and edit contacts providing detailed personal information that can be instantly found using the list/find contacts feature. You can even list duplicates by specifying criteria for duplicate records. It also allows you to create reminders and instantly view the reminders for today or the entire list as well as view the list of sales. What is more, it enables you to create/edit mail labels and documents for bulk distribution and select contacts for mail merge. The analysis features provides a summary of contacts and communications, shows you the sales by staff, status and products. As for data exchange, you can load info from a text file, excel, or contacts and new messages from Outlook, export contacts and sales, load data from other Simply Contacts data file, among others. The application features a nice and intuitive user interface,showing the different options with numbers and offering multiple customization options. The only drawback I've found is the high price.
